We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data we process when you visit this website or sign up for FIGHTSHAPE, why we do it and which rights you have. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. When you open the website, your browser automatically sends technical information that is recorded in server log files:

This data is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably and to defend against attacks. It is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Sign-up form

Before you continue to checkout, you can enter your details in the sign-up form on this website. We process:

The form also contains a hidden field that protects it from spam bots. It stays empty when a person fills in the form.

We use your details to process your sign-up for FIGHTSHAPE and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you tick the checkbox, we also send you training tips and season news by email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every email or by email to us.

Notion

We store the details from the form in Notion, a workspace tool by Notion Labs, Inc., USA. Notion Labs is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For details see notion.so/privacy.

Brevo

We send emails via Brevo, a service by Sendinblue SAS, France. For this purpose your first name, your email address and your newsletter choice are transferred to Brevo. Brevo processes the data within the EU on our behalf. For details see brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

4. Membership and payment via Skool

The FIGHTSHAPE membership, including checkout and payment, runs on the platform Skool by Skool, Inc., USA. When you continue to checkout, you leave this website. Payments are processed through Skool's payment service provider. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Skool processes your data under its own responsibility. For details on how Skool handles your data see Skool's privacy policy at skool.com/legal.

5. External links

This website contains links to external services, in particular to Skool and, where linked, to social media profiles such as Instagram. Data is only transferred to these providers when you click a link. From that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary cookies may be set, for example by our hosting provider to protect the website against attacks and bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021).

7. Fonts

This website uses the font Geist. It is hosted locally on our own server. No connection to external font services such as Google Fonts is made when you visit this website.

8. Data transfers to the USA

Some of the services named above are provided by companies in the USA. Where these companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). For services that process data under their own responsibility, such as Skool, their own privacy policy applies.

9. Storage period

We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods (for example under tax and commercial law). Data processed on the basis of your consent is stored until you withdraw your consent. After that, the data is deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
